You provide the space. DHC handles the remodeling side.

The goal is to create a measurable relationship that can introduce homeowners to DHC and send eligible DHC clients back to your wash.

DHC provides

• Professional countertop display and service brochures
• A location-specific QR/referral tracking path
• Homeowner qualification, consultation, estimating, financing options and project follow-up
• Reward administration and partner reporting after activation
• A 90-day review using actual tracked activity

The car wash provides

• A small, visible display location
• A designated owner or manager contact
• Confirmation of how an approved car-wash reward will be purchased, activated or redeemed
• Optional staff mention of the homeowner perk
• A short review at the end of the pilot

How the pilot works

1. Activate. DHC confirms terms, Partner ID, tracking and display setup.
2. Customer scans. A homeowner uses the partner QR and connects directly with DHC.
3. DHC handles it. DHC manages qualification, sales, project follow-up and construction.
4. Review results. We review tracked activity and decide whether to continue, adjust or stop.

Pilot guardrails

• No upfront program cost for the 90-day pilot.
• No guaranteed lead count, revenue, exclusivity or automatic 12-month reward.
• Eligible homeowners may receive up to one year of complimentary car washes, subject to approved project and program terms.
• Final reward, compensation, eligibility and fulfillment terms are governed by the written partner agreement.
• DHC may continue, adjust, expand or deactivate the relationship after reviewing actual results.
