What makes Dynamic Home Creations different from other contractors?

We’re a full-service design-build company — meaning we handle everything from permits and planning to construction and final walkthrough under one roof. We use a project management system, so you always know what’s happening on your project in real time. No chasing down updates, no surprises. Just clear communication and premium craftsmanship from start to finish.

We’ve been serving Central New Jersey homeowners for over 11 years. In that time we’ve completed hundreds of home additions, kitchen remodels, bathroom renovations, decks, and exterior upgrades across Union, Middlesex, and Somerset counties.

About The Process

How does the process work from first call to project completion?

It starts with a discovery call to understand your project, budget, and timeline. From there we move into design and planning, then permitting, then construction. Every stage is tracked in our system so you have full visibility throughout. We manage every piece — you just make the decisions and watch your home transform.

Yes — completely. We manage all permit applications, municipal submissions, and inspection scheduling on your behalf. You never have to deal with the town or figure out the paperwork. It’s one of the most stressful parts of any project and we take it entirely off your plate.

Every DHC client gets access to a management service, our project management platform. Through this platform you can see real-time project updates, photos, schedules, documents, and messages all in one place. You’ll never be left wondering what’s happening on your home.

Yes. From your first call through project completion, you’ll have a dedicated point of contact at DHC. We believe clear, consistent communication is one of the most important parts of a successful project — and it’s something our clients consistently tell us they appreciate

About Cost and Payments

What does your payment structure look like?

We use a milestone-based payment structure, meaning payments are tied to specific stages of the project — not arbitrary dates. You pay when defined work is completed and verified. This protects you as the homeowner and keeps our team accountable to the schedule.

We work hard to minimize surprises through thorough upfront planning and detailed contracts. If a change order does become necessary — due to unforeseen conditions or a client-requested change — we communicate it immediately, explain the impact on budget and timeline, and get your approval before proceeding. Transparency is non-negotiable for us.

About Timelines

How long does a kitchen remodel take?

A typical kitchen remodel with DHC takes 8–14 weeks from construction start, depending on the scope of work, material lead times, and permit timelines. We’ll give you a detailed schedule before work begins so you can plan accordingly.

Home additions generally take 4–9 months from construction start depending on size, structural complexity, and permit timelines. Design and permitting happen before construction begins and can add additional time. We’ll walk you through the full expected timeline during your consultation

Most bathroom remodels take 2-4 weeks from construction start. Timelines depend on the scope of work, fixture selections, and whether any structural or plumbing changes are involved.
