Your Home Project Comes With Perks.

Homeowner Rewards are available only through participating DHC Rewards partners and only on qualifying remodeling projects with Dynamic Home Creations. Scanning a QR code, submitting this form, requesting an estimate, or scheduling a consultation does not by itself earn a reward.

Dynamic Home Creations confirms project eligibility and the specific reward in writing. A reward is not considered earned until the homeowner has entered into an eligible written remodeling agreement with DHC and has satisfied any required deposit, initial payment, financing approval, or other stated eligibility condition. DHC may also identify a specific project milestone that must be reached before the reward is issued.

“Up to one year of complimentary car washes” describes the maximum promotional benefit available under this program. It is not a guarantee that every project will receive the maximum duration or value. Final reward value may vary based on project scope, project value, participating location, and the written reward terms in effect when the DHC project agreement is executed.

If a project is cancelled, terminated, refunded, or placed in material payment default before the reward is earned, the reward may be reduced, withheld, or voided, subject to the applicable DHC project agreement and law.

The participating car wash or other Rewards partner is a referral and reward partner only. It is not a party to the remodeling agreement and is not responsible for DHC pricing, design, permits, construction schedule, workmanship, warranties, financing, change orders, or project performance. Dynamic Home Creations is solely responsible for its remodeling agreement and construction obligations.

Unless DHC confirms otherwise in writing, rewards are limited to one reward per household, property, and qualifying project. Rewards have no cash value, are not transferable, and may not be combined with another DHC reward or promotional program unless expressly approved by DHC in writing.

Once issued, the car wash benefit is also subject to the participating location’s normal membership rules, business hours, vehicle limitations, service availability, closures, and other reasonable operating requirements. The reward does not create an ownership interest, cash account, or entitlement to services outside the participating partner’s program.

To verify and fulfill a reward, DHC may share limited information with the participating partner, such as the homeowner’s name, partner attribution, and reward eligibility or fulfillment status. DHC will not share unnecessary project or financing information solely for reward fulfillment.

DHC may modify, suspend, or discontinue future versions of the Rewards program or change future eligibility requirements. Any reward already confirmed in writing for an executed qualifying project will be governed by the written terms applicable to that project and reward at that time.

This Rewards section explains the promotional program only. It does not replace or modify the DHC remodeling agreement, financing documents, warranty terms, or the participating partner’s membership terms. If there is a conflict, the applicable signed project agreement and written reward confirmation control. Financing is subject to credit approval and applicable financing-program terms.
